As parents or caretakers, we often remember our missteps or shortcomings at the end of the day. That is why I use a Strengths-Based Approach when I coach parents. This builds your capacity and sense of efficacy to tackle current challenges and build the new skills our children need from us.

During our coaching, I might -

  • Start with a “strengths inventory” to map interests, talents, and resilience experiences.

  • Co-create action plans that leverage your critical strengths to effectively reinforce daily routines and shifts, allowing your emotional intelligence to further develop as a parent.

  • Establish, calibrate, and celebrate individual and family goals and achievements.

  • Offer space to validate your own emotional experiences as a parent or caretaker, while acknowledging the parts of parenthood you want more support with.

It has always taken a village to raise a child. Now more than ever, you and your family deserve someone who can help you successfully address the seemingly endless challenges of modern-day childhood: screen addictions, feelings of isolation, navigating uncertainty in friendships and school, race and identity in an increasingly political world, etc.

The key ingredient is building your child’s emotional resilience, no matter the age. But how? During my coaching with your child, we will explore -

  • How to build their emotional intelligence and awareness muscles, so they live into their fullest potential
  • How to navigate their wide range of emotions, and how to differentiate their emotions from unproductive emotional narratives
  • What it looks like to leverage their strengths and skills to be effective and respectful communicators and self- and community advocates
  • How to use research-based coping strategies to move through challenges not if but when they come up

Repair is part of the process of being in relationship with one another; yet few, if any of us, have learned successful tools for familial repair (many of us probably learned the opposite!)

I offer a structured, strengths-based medium to guide families through conflict, share productively and authentically, and strengthen bonds.

By integrating restorative circles into our coaching work, I help families move beyond surface-level “peace talks” and into genuine, lasting transformation.

You will be supported by -

  • Being brought into a safe, co-constructed sharing space
  • Accessing supportive sentence stems and guided conversation protocols
  • Receiving empathetic real-time coaching and modeling, which results in accountability taken without blame or shame
  • Co-creating a plan for behavior shifts and continued repair

Circles aren’t a one-and-done, and neither is my support. This includes a follow-up check-in, so your familial bonds strengthen and grow.
